Private Duty Agency RN Supervisor

Under the direct supervision of the CEO, the Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day function of field staff. Including ensuring clinical skills, productivity and competency of field staff, the RN Supervisor will act as a liaison between patient, caregiver staff, operational staff & CEO.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
  • Supervises the delivery of quality care by employees as a licensed RN and Home Care Coordinator of Cheerway Care’s client services.
  • Develops and implements overall nursing care organization plan consistent with Cheerway Care, Inc’s, Private Duty Care state & federal policies and objectives.
  • Use of management experience to oversee nursing and patient care policies, objectives and standards for measurement and maintenance of quality nursing care.
  • Will need to oversee, develop, implement, and execute:
    • Nursing services, as well as oversee staffing plan along with Home Care Coordinators, visiting RN’s and Staff Coordinators
    • Recruitment and hiring along with Human Resources and training staff
    • Budget and expense control system in coordination with Finance Director
